Heavenly Organics Company Policies Regarding Online Purchases
Order Fulfillment:
Orders received prior to 11 AM CST will be processed and shipped by the next. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Confirmation:
Where an email or fax number has been noted; a confirmation will be forwarded to the customer to verify their order has been received and is being processed. After the order has shipped, a subsequent notification will be sent and the invoice made available.
Delivery:
All orders will ship from the closest local distribution point and can be expected to be received within 3-5 business days. Special orders or non-stocked items will ship at the discretion of the freight forwarder or the manufacturer. All products will ship point to point or FOB destination. In some instances, additional charges could be incurred for deliveries that require special circumstances.
Returns:
Heavenly Organic LLC will not accept returned merchandise. The FDA restricts and prohibits the return of food
and drug products.
Refunds:
Heavenly Organics LLC will issue full or partial refunds and/or forward a comparable exchange when the item is received damaged and the customer provides proof of damage. Proof of damage can be a photo of the damaged item or a signed delivery confirmation indicating product was damaged upon delivery.
Cancellations:
Customers may cancel any purchase prior to shipment. After an order is shipped, our normal refund and return guidelines will be followed.
Privacy:
We respect and value our customer’s rights to privacy. We assert with every assurance that all the data transmitted on this site will remain secure and will not be shared with any outside party. We indemnify and hold our customers harmless from any such breaches on this secured medium.
Quality Assurance:
Heavenly Organics, LLC maintains that every item ordered meets all government and industry standards and those we will make no purposeful misrepresentation(s) of said products. However, there are occasions when said descriptions do prove to be inaccurate. In those instances we will accept returns and issue credits and or refunds in accordance to our stated refund and return policy. It is our intent to only ship the products defined by the manufacturers description noted with every product in our catalog. Substituted items will only be shipped when the customer has agreed to accept the confirmed replacement product.
Posted Charges and Billings:
All credit card purchases will only be charged and posted after the complete order has been shipped.
However, we reserve the right to confirm and place a hold value against the credit card equal to the amount of the pending purchase. Purchase Orders: All purchase orders will not post for billing until the entire order has shipped. Heavenly Organics, LLC will make and bill for partial shipments at the customers request.
Records:
Heavenly Organics, LLC encourages all of our customers to retain a copy of the documents associated with their transactions. All recorded transactions are maintained electronically. However, all hard copy files and POD records will only be kept on file for a period of six months and then archived.
